Your well water treatment system relies on consumables such as filters and salt to purify your water. It's important to note that if you have a chlorine or CO-AG system that provides additional water treatment, mixing these chemicals can be dangerous. With MaintenancePRO, we not only deliver the necessary filters and chemicals to your home, but we also handle the mixing of these chemicals for you. This not only ensures that your system is functioning at its best, but it also gives you peace of mind.

We offer two program options tailored to fit the specific needs of your well water system as well as your budget. Let us take care of the maintenance and upkeep of your well water system, so you can have confidence in the safety and quality of your water.

Each of our MaintenancePRO programs is here to help you keep your water system in top shape. We'll conduct a thorough 10-point visual inspection during each visit to ensure everything runs smoothly. We also provide an annual 28-point inspection, including a water test, to ensure your water is safe and clean. As part of the program, we'll also provide you with a K-Pre filter if needed, we will fill up your brine tank to 3/4 full of salt, if 5+ bags are needed, additional charges will apply. An Iron Buster treatment (if iron is present), and a 20"x 2.5" 1 Micron Filter. Plus, we prioritize you for scheduling service calls.

Our team will install filters during each visit and perform an annual service for your K5 Drinking Water Station. We'll also conduct a Working and Reverse Osmosis water test and check your reservoir tank pressure. And, if you need new equipment, we'll install it for you with no down payment required.

We aim to keep your water system functioning smoothly so you can enjoy clean, fresh water whenever needed.

1. Program Levels:
   The Maintenance PRO program offers four levels of service: Premier, Convenience+, Convenience, and Essentials. Each program level includes specific features and benefits as outlined in the program documentation and may vary by level.
2. Subscription Billing:
   All Maintenance PRO programs are offered on a monthly subscription basis only. By enrolling, the customer authorizes automatic monthly billing of the applicable subscription fee for the selected program level. There are no annual, prepaid, or discounted advance payment options. Subscriptions continue on a month-to-month basis unless canceled in accordance with these terms.
3. Non-Refundable Subscription Fees:
   All subscription fees are non-refundable. If a customer cancels their subscription for any reason, no refunds or credits will be issued for any portion of the current or prior billing period.
4. Add-On Services:
   Optional additional services or features may be added to a Maintenance PRO subscription. Charges for add-on services will be billed monthly unless otherwise stated and are subject to the same terms and conditions as the base subscription.
5. Program Changes and Pricing Adjustments:
   Water Doctor reserves the right to modify, update, reprice, or discontinue any program level, service offering, or pricing at its sole discretion. Reasonable notice will be provided when possible. Customers may be offered the option to transition to a different program or pricing structure if changes occur.
6. Termination and Cancellation:
   Either the customer or Water Doctor may terminate a Maintenance PRO subscription by providing at least thirty (30) days’ written notice. Upon termination, access to program benefits will end at the conclusion of the notice period. No refunds will be provided for any unused or remaining time.
7. Governing Law:
   These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
8. Entire Agreement:
   These terms and conditions, together with any applicable program documentation, constitute the entire agreement between the customer and Water Doctor regarding Maintenance PRO subscriptions and supersede all prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
9. Additional Terms:
   Prices are subject to change without notice.
   Water Doctor reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to any customer at its discretion.
