Our SMP (System Maintenance Program) is getting a fantastic upgrade and will soon transform into MaintenancePRO, a more advanced and efficient solution for all your maintenance needs. As we gear up for this exciting change, we want to inform you that, until September 18th, we won't be accepting any new program additions. This temporary freeze is necessary to ensure a smooth transition to MaintenancePRO. We understand this might be a bit inconvenient, and for that, we sincerely apologize. However, we're here to make it easy for you. If you live in
Mason, Pierce, Thurston, Lewis, Cowlitz or Clark counties, we have a maintenance program for you. Your water treatment system uses consumables like filters, salt, and other chemicals to treat your water. When you enroll in our System Maintenance Program (SMP) we not only deliver filters and chemicals to your home for you, we deliver peace of mind.
What is System Maintenance Program?
If you have a well water system, enjoy high-quality water along with the satisfaction of knowing that Water Doctor of Washington maintains your system.
8 week regular service schedule
Every 8 weeks get supplies and filters delivered to your system.
Pause and resume at anytime
If you are going to be out of town, you can pause service, once you get back go ahead and resume, it's that easy.
15% Delivery Charge
For the peace of mind of not mixing the chemicals wrong or not getting the filter seated correctly. Let us take care of that for you.
No Contracts
You can cancel at anytime, just send us an email or give us a call.
What is needed?
Water Doctor Of Washington (WDW) has expanded its system maintenance program to bring you better service on your water conditioning system.
If you sign up, you'll be on an 8-week regular service schedule. We'll visit you on the same day of the week at the same time every time we come around.
Our Services
- No contract to sign - start and stop at will
- Same day of the week, every 8 weeks
- Add salt and Iron Buster
- Check and change post filters
- Check, clean or change pre-filter
- Add all chemicals and mix according to mix charts
- Keep brine tank ½ to ¾ full
- Contact customer if appointment needs to be rescheduled
Customer Responsibilities
- Provide Water Doctor with a valid credit card
- Credit card will be charged within three day after services
- Provide system access to delivery driver, if not accessible driver will leave products for you.
- Must use only Water Doctor materials
- Provide special instructions prior to first visit
- Keys must be hidden at the location, driver does not hold keys

The Fine Print
Upon signing up for our Service Maintenance Program, you will receive an email confirming the start date of your first service. If your credit card is set to expire, you will be notified via email. In the event that your credit card is declined, you will be notified via text or phone call. If the delivery driver observes any issues, they will notify Water Doctor of Washington, who will then contact you to schedule a service appointment. Please note that the delivery driver is not trained to diagnose or repair any problems.
You will be placed on an 8-week regular service schedule, with visits on the same day of the week and at the same time for each service. Prices are subject to change without notice. Water Doctor reserves the right to discontinue service at any time, for any reason.
